How to install g77 for open suse 11.3 and open suse 11.4

Here is a simplest way to install g77 in open suse 11.3 and 11.4

Go to the following link and select 1-Click Install...


http://software.opensuse.org/search?q=gcc33-fortran&baseproject=openSUSE%3A11.4&lang=en&exclude_debug=true


Then for 32-bit systems

Download and install compact-g77 from

http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/3694978/com/compat-g77-3.3.5-38.i586.rpm.html


For 64-bit systems it will be

http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/11681654/dir/opensuse/com/compat-g77-3.3.5-1.1.x86_64.rpm.html
